Packing Operator

M/F (full-time - Shift work)

What you are going to do

As a Packing Operator, you will mainly operate the automated packing line, replenish it, and solve (small) disturbances. With a forklift truck, you supply steel coils, check them for quality, enter the coil and customer data, and assist your colleagues in all possible activities. In addition, you will also carry out manual packing activities of larger steel coils. You ensure that all machines can continue to run and that the right coil reaches the customer. You are helpful, accurate, have good forklift skills, and are not afraid to work with your hands. You will be working in a small team of 3, within a team of +/- 25 people.

What we ask

• Education at least at MBO level 2.
• You can work independently and have the flexibility to apply and develop your knowledge as widely as possible within the organization.
• Several years of experience in a production environment is a plus.
• A forklift certificate, safe hoisting certificate and overhead crane are an advantage.
