Marine Engineer for proposals (basic design)

Job description

MULTI.engineering is currently looking for a Marine Engineer for proposals (basic design) for a long term project at our clients location in The Netherlands.

Tasks & responsibilities

• You will develop marine system designs and documentation and work closely with the technical team on tender projects;
• You perform requirements analysis and feasibility studies;
• You coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors;
• You support integration of systems within the ship design;
• You ensure compliance with classification and regulatory requirements.

Profile

Technical knowledge & soft skills

• You have a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or in another technical field;
• You look back at minimally 1 year working experience in proposal processes;
• You have experience in the Maritime and / or offshore industry;
• You have excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
• You have European citizenship .
